Hi, I’m Cass.
I grew up watching my parents run their own small business. I saw what it took — the early mornings, the hard decisions, the constant juggling act of keeping everything moving while still showing up for the people who mattered most. That upbringing shaped everything about how I work and who I work for.
I'm not here for the Fortune 500. I'm here for the founders betting on themselves. The Main Street businesses building something real. The operators who are good at what they do but know their backend is a mess and are finally ready to fix it.
How I Got Here
My career has taken me just about everywhere. A decade in nonprofit taught me how to solve problems, build programs from scratch, and manage them in a way that lasted. From there, I stepped into a VP of Operations role at an e-commerce startup, owning the full operational engine from day one.
I went on to manage international revenue operations at a global cybersecurity enterprise (KnowBe4), where speed and precision aren't optional. I worked as a Cloud Data Business Analyst at a government consulting firm, translating complex data problems into practical solutions. Most recently, I've been a Business Systems Analyst at a SLED-focused media company, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Every role gave me a different lens on how businesses work — and where they break.
I Have a Thing For Learning
30+ certifications and counting. Salesforce, HubSpot, Azure, PMI, Lean Six Sigma — and genuinely not done. My parents taught me early that knowledge is the investment that never loses value. Every certification has made me sharper and more useful to the people I work with.
What I Believe
Efficiency isn't about cutting corners. It's about creating space — for growth, for creativity, for the work that only you can do. I believe processes should serve people, not the other way around. I believe founders shouldn't be the bottleneck in their own business. And I believe that when operations run the way they should, you stop putting out fires and start living the business you set out to build.
Outside of Work
You'll find me at the little league field, exploring Florida's Nature Coast with my family, hunting down the best espresso in whatever town I'm in, and doing all of it in sparkly shoes. Mom of three, marathon runner, and someone who genuinely believes the best thing a good system can do is give you more time for the stuff that actually matters.
