I have spent my career on the inside of growing companies: designing the roles, policies, onboarding, and processes that turn “we’ll figure it out” into “here’s how we do it.” I have led the work of documenting how a business actually operates, rolling it out to real teams, and fixing what breaks in the first month. Now I bring that to owner-led businesses that have outgrown running on memory and goodwill.
